At Media Motion Online, we are happy to provide any level of support that you want. As we conduct our business with you, we use all of the products that we recommend. For example, when you engage us to help you with a project, we create a customer portal using Zoho Projects. In that customer portal, we share information and documents. We create a Statement of Work [SOW] using Zoho Docs. From that SOW, we create a calendar, milestones, and tasks that we use to deliver that SOW. Through Zoho Desk, we provide guides and advice for users who want to be self-sufficient and do it themselves.
Sometimes all you need is a little bit of expert help or advice so that you don’t spent a lot of time figuring out how to do something that an expert can do in a few minutes. Perhaps you are tired of trying to do it yourself or maybe you just have other things that you feel are a better use of your time.
We will do whatever you need wherever and however you want it done.

We can help you customize your new application. Customization frequently includes setting up the GUI, adding business process rules and workflows, adding fields, etc.

How do we do it?
We can just take over any project and get it running to an agreed Statement of Work [SOW].
We can provide expert assistance to help you accomplish any task, create any workflow, customize any rule.
Or we can work collaboratively with you where you take core of some things and we handle others. Many of our clients like to “look over our shoulder” as we do the work that they have requested so that they can see how it is done and understand the logic. We have software that will allow us to share screens with you and even share keyboards so we can essentially work like we are sitting side-by-side at the same computer.

You also can Chat with us or post questions to our Community Forum. We know that there aren’t a lot of community members in the community forum yet. But it is a nice way for you to ask questions. And we personally answer your questions.
