We notify you how much money to deposit into account and either pay the bills, or mail them back to you for signature and mailing. If you prefer to pay your own bills but need reminders to pay in a timely manner, we can remind you by e-mail or telephone when due dates arrive.
You and your employees need to be reimbursed for business expenses. But there are also rules about the expenses that need to be followed. We can manage all of your expense reporting needs including tracking mileage. We will track every receipt and ensure your expense guidelines are followed.
Perhaps you prefer to pay your own bills but need help with the monthly bank and/or credit card reconciliation. You can mail or scan and e-mail a copy of your check register and bank/credit card statements to us. We will enter all of the data into accounting software and reconcile the accounts. We then e-mail you the accounting report or you view the report on a secure site on the web.
We can create all of the usual monthly and quarterly reports including Profit or Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Statement, etc.
